Lemon Bundt Cake

Description

Delicious and moist lemon bundt cake topped with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Eggs (Large, Room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 3/4 cup 7 Up
  • 1 box Yellow cake mix (15 oz. box)
  • 1 box Lemon pudding mix (4 oz. box)
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar (Sifted)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice (From fresh lemon)
  • 12 tbsp Milk (Preferably whole but can use 2%, Room temperature)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, oil, 7 Up and mix until smooth.
  2. Add cake mix, lemon pudding mix and mix until just combined.
  3. Pour batter in a greased and floured bundt pan (10 inch pan).
  4. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45-55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool down completely.
  6. While it’s cooling, prepare glaze by mixing together powdered sugar, lemon juice and milk until smooth.
  7. Place cake on a dish or stand and drizzle glaze on top of cake. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use a 3 oz box of lemon pudding mix if you can’t find a 4 oz box.
