- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove all moisture for extra crispiness.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add half of the grated Parmesan to the bowl and toss again to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
- Air fry for 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, toss hot wings with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
