Description

These crispy air fryer chicken wings are seasoned to perfection and tossed in Parmesan cheese for a delicious snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove all moisture for extra crispiness.
  2. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add half of the grated Parmesan to the bowl and toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Air fry for 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Once cooked, toss hot wings with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
