Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spaced two inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
