Description

Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps with juicy chicken and crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded or chopped chicken breast
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (optional, for lighter dressing)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons, crushed slightly
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)

Instructions

  1. Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped or shredded chicken with Caesar dressing. If you’re looking for a slightly lighter version, mix in a bit of plain Greek yogurt with the dressing—it adds a creamy tang without overpowering the flavor.
  2. Add the Crunch: Toss in chopped romaine lettuce, crushed croutons, and shredded parmesan. Give it all a good stir so the dressing coats everything evenly. The mix of textures—the crisp lettuce, crunchy croutons, and tender chicken—is what makes every bite so satisfying.
  3. Wrap It Up: Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken Caesar filling into the center of each tortilla. I like to sprinkle a little extra parmesan and cracked black pepper right before rolling.
  4. Roll & Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito. You can serve them immediately, wrap them in foil or parchment for lunch, or grill them slightly on a panini press or skillet for extra toasty goodness.

Notes

  • For an extra flavor kick, consider adding some sliced tomatoes or avocado to the wrap.
  • These wraps are great for meal prep—just store them in the fridge!
