Description

A creamy and delicious Velveeta chili cheese dip perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 32 oz Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 cans Chili con Carne (without beans – 15 oz each)
  • 2 cans chopped Green Chiles (4 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Cube the Velveeta cheese and place in a 3-5 quart crock pot.
  2. Place the chili and chopped green chiles on top.
  3. Place the lid on top and cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add jalapeños or hot sauce to taste.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
