- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Chill 20–30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Spread filling evenly over chilled crust.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
Notes
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for best results.
- You can substitute other fruit toppings if desired.
