Description

A delightful cherry cream cheese dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Chill 20–30 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  5. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  6. Spread filling evenly over chilled crust.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
  8. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
