Description

Delicious and fluffy garlic herb wreath bread perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix flour, salt, egg, and butter with yeast mixture to form dough.
  3. Knead dough for 8 minutes until smooth then let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into rectangle and spread garlic herb butter evenly.
  5. Roll tightly, slice lengthwise, twist, and form into wreath shape.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Tip: cool slightly before slicing.
