Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 0 tsp salt
- 0 tsp black pepper
- 0 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then flip the sprouts.
- Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the sprouts and return to oven.
- Roast another 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot.

- For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
