Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower heat, add butter to the skillet, then garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add parmesan and stir until melted. Return chicken to the pan. Simmer another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
