- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat, add butter to the skillet, then garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add parmesan and stir until melted. Return chicken to the pan. Simmer another 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
