Ingredients

- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix high-protein flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold in Greek yogurt until combined; dough should be slightly sticky.
- Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide dough into small balls and flatten into mini disks.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, add toppings, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
