Description
A rich and creamy white chocolate fudge with a cinnamon swirl.
Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 teaspoons milk or cream
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour half of the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it. Add half the cinnamon swirl and gently swirl with a knife.
- Repeat with remaining fudge and cinnamon swirl. Swirl again gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk or cream to make a drizzle.
- Once fudge is set, cut into squares and drizzle with icing. Let it set before serving.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate overnight.
- Adjust the amount of milk or cream in the drizzle to achieve your desired consistency.
