- ⅔ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute, scraping down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cashew cream into a jar and place in the fridge to thicken and cool before using.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

- Soaking cashews for at least 4 hours helps achieve a creamy texture.
