- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup crispy fried onions (plus extra for topping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then transfer them to ice water to halt cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the blanched green beans until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
