Description

Deliciously crispy roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, seasoned to perfection with garlic and rosemary, topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil diced potatoes in a large pot for about 10 minutes; drain well.
  3. Toss parboiled potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
