- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
- ¼ cup honey

Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 2 tablespoons of cold water; stir gently until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mixture; whisk until fully dissolved.
- Pour into serving cups or molds and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra honey or crushed pistachios.

- For a more pronounced cardamom flavor, consider using whole cardamom pods and infusing them in the cream mixture before straining them out.
