- 2 cups sliced fresh cremini or button mushrooms
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter option)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently; serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
