Ingredients

- 8 cups fresh spinach (washed)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly cracked)
Instructions
- Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water; drain and pat dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add spinach, tossing with tongs until wilted, about 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper; toss again to combine.
- Serve immediately, drizzling with extra olive oil if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
