Description
A simple and delicious way to prepare pancakes using a muffin method.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pancake mix
- Optional mix ins: Chocolate Chips, Blueberries, Sprinkles, etc.
Instructions
- Line a muffin pan with muffin cup liners or spray pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Just make the mix as you normally would and stir in a mix in if you prefer.
- Spoon into muffin pan (about 3-4 tablespoons per tin).
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes until the tops of the muffins are slightly golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
