- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles (broken into pieces)
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Pour in marinara sauce and let simmer while preparing noodles.
- Stir in broken lasagna noodles, ensuring they are well-coated with sauce.
- Spoon ricotta cheese over the noodle mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes until noodles are tender and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
