Description

Ingredients

  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles (broken into pieces)
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Pour in marinara sauce and let simmer while preparing noodles.
  3. Stir in broken lasagna noodles, ensuring they are well-coated with sauce.
  4. Spoon ricotta cheese over the noodle mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes until noodles are tender and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
