Delicious sprinkle cookies perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 cups sprinkles or jimmies (do not use nonpareils)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line 1-2 large cookie sheets with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper, set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining dry ingredients, set aside.
- Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar together for 1-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to cookie batter and beat on medium-low speed just until the flour is almost combined.
- Add the sprinkles and increase the speed on the mixer and beat until the dough comes together.
- Use a large cookie scoop to portion the dough. Place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350° F for 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before you transfer to a wire rack.

- These cookies are best served fresh.
