A delicious layered pizza bake loaded with ground beef, cheese, and toppings.
Ingredients

- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella (top)
- 1½ cups pizza sauce
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large pizza dough (store-bought or homemade, ~16 oz / 450 g)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Olive oil spray or brush
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with seasonings; drain excess fat.
- Press pizza dough into a deep round pan, forming a base.
- Layer beef → cheddar → mozzarella → sauce → pepperoni; repeat layers.
- Finish with shredded mozzarella, onions, tomatoes, Parmesan, and oregano.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños between the layers.
- Let the assembled dish sit for a few minutes before slicing to hold its shape better.
