Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. If using frozen shrimp, thaw and pat dry.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. When shrimp are nearly done, add asparagus to the skillet, stirring to coat with garlic oil.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture before removing from heat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot over rice or pasta.
